团队固定研究人员5名,其中教授2人、副教授2人,讲师1人。

三、团队PI及团队介绍

天然药物生物制造团队由汤亚杰教授建立,目前由贾开志教授担任团队PI。贾开志,博导,教授,南京农业大学微生物学博士,中国科学院微生物研究所博士后;2013年,加入湖北工业大学发酵工程教育部重点实验室;2022年,入选湖北工业大学“南湖学者”学术带头人。主要研究工作集中在合成生物学、微生物代谢调控。主持完成国家自然科学基金2项,参加国家自然科学基金重点项目1项,在Journal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryACS Synthetic BiologyApplied and Environmental MicrobiologyMicrobial Biotechnology等合成生物学和微生物学领域经典期刊发表论文26篇,转化专利2项。

团队研究工作集中在合成生物学及微生物代谢调控。团队主要围绕治疗癌症和抗衰老药物的挖掘和生物制造,解决糖基转移酶的通用性问题,开发治疗甲硫氨酸依赖癌症的酶制剂。团队承担了国家自然科学基金项目4项,近五年发表SCI文章20篇。

国家自然科学基金项目“黑孢块菌发酵过程中VOSCs合成酶基因转录表达的调控机制”、“丙酮丁醇梭菌丁醇毒性的分子机理研究”、“大肠杆菌全局转录因子Cra对琥珀酸生物合成过程中CO2固定基因的调控机制”、“含氮杂环鬼臼类候选药物人工合成途径的体内组装”,专利许可转让项目“一种甲硫氨酸裂解酶及其编码基因和应用”。
