本团队科研教师5人(李草、余琦、罗昕、胡顺、廖涛),其中教授/博导1人,副教授3人,博士后1人。全员具备博士学位,两人具有海外学习经历,1人入选湖北省级人才项目。
三、团队PI及团队介绍
PI简介:
李草,教授、博士生导师。中国生物材料学会高级会员、湖北工业大学高层次人才。2007年本科毕业于武汉大学应用化学专业、2012年博士毕业于武汉大学高分子化学与物理专业,导师为张先正教授。2012年7月进入湖北大学工作,2021年9月晋升为教授,2022年入选“沙湖学者”计划。2024年3月全职加盟湖北工业大学。至今主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、省部级项目3项、其他项目若干,累计纵向经费500余万。参与发表高水平SCI论文100余篇,H因子37(基于Web of science数据)。其中第一及通讯作者论文50余篇,累计影响因子近400。第一发明人身份申请发明专利10余项,授权9项。现为期刊《Nano TransMed》、《Interdisciplinary Medicine》、《胶体与聚合物》青年编委,并长期为Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., ACS Nano, Adv. Sci., Nano Today, Coord. Chem. Rev.等数十种SCI期刊审稿。
团队介绍:
团队成立于2024年3月。主要研究方向有:(1)用于癌症、神经退行性疾病、炎症相关疾病等重大疾病治疗的纳米药物,利用疾病部位的特殊微环境或外源性刺激如光、声等实现精准的靶向治疗。(2)基于材料构效关系,通过结构调控设计制备功能性纳米催化与传感系统,实现对疾病生物标志物及其他信号分子的高效检测。(3)长寿命发光纳米探针的设计、合成及其时间分辨光学检测与生物成像。(4)用于重大疾病诊疗一体化的纳米载体系统。
