三、团队PI及团队介绍
潘军华,结构生物学、病毒学、抗体免疫、生物化学、生物物理学专家。1999年于武汉工业学院获学士学位,2002年于江南大学获硕士学位,同年获全额奖学金赴美国Rice University留学,2008年获哲学博士学位获颁George J.Schroepfer,Jr.杰出研究奖。2008-2009年为Rice University Research Associate,2009起师从哈佛医学院Stephen C.Harrison,为HHMI博士后研究员,2011-2022为波士顿儿童医院Research Associate。以第一或通讯作者在Nature,Science,Cell,PANS,Structure,J Struct Biol,JMB,J Virol,Virology等发表论文10余篇,拥有欧洲专利1项。担任Nature Communications,Communications Biology,Bioconjuate Chemistry等杂志审稿人。曾组织学术会议促进学术界与工业界交流与合作。
团队介绍
本团队主要运用冷冻电镜及X射线晶体衍射等方法解析生物大分子的高分辨率结构,并结合生物化学、生物物理学、细胞生物学、生物信息学、及大数据分析等方法,揭示重大人类病原入侵宿主细胞、基因组复制和转录、病原与宿主尤其免疫系统相互作用等的分子机制,为新药开发、新工具设计、临床诊断等提供基础。团队目前有PI一名,教师两名,科研助理一名,博士及硕-博连读生两名,硕士生十三名,及基地班学生两名。
研究方向:1)病毒基因的组织、复制/逆转录、转录及其调控;2)病毒的入侵及膜融合;3)蛋白质及病毒设计与改造;4)抗体免疫与疫苗设计。
